So you are trying to say you achieved many honors and the screen shot is the proof, ok lets check -

X- the number of honors you achieved g- gg<3 honors c - stayed Cool s - Shot calling

we have- g + c + s = X 0. 55 <= g/X <= 0.65 0.135 <= c/X <= 0.144 0.255 <= s/X <= 0.265 and we need to find the smallest integer X that achieve this

solve this get the X and you will get a lower boundary to the number of honors you got

That just shows the percentage of the total honors you've received of each type. It doesn't actually show how many honors you receive.

Also a question remains of how much you may have been reported toxic. I tried to be nice and didn't see my honor go up, also wasn't getting many honors from team. Then I went through a tilted phase and got blasted down to the bottom honor with a chat restriction. Meanwhile have begun a new account to try the new leveling to see what a new account REALLY gets out of this BE revamp, and already got Honor 3 some 25 games played.

This is literally only the percentage, you could have only 13 honors in your whole time, 7 at GG, 4 at Great shotcalling and 2 at stayed cool.
