Hey Riot, quite a lot of people cannot play the game right now. Do you think you could do something?

Before I continue, I fully acknowledge this is in the wrong thread, but after noticing that literally not a single post made in the help and support section of this website has been recognized, I figured I'd try in the section of the forums where Rioters seem to be most likely to acknowledge this issue:

Hey there, just thought I should mention that I myself have not been able to play this game since September 16, 2015, due to ping issues, including but not limited to: Ping that gradually increases from a solid 90 and does not go down, Ping that is only dysfunctional during the nighttime (this is what I'm experiencing right now), and disconnecting in-game at 500 ping sporadically, in which my computer needs to be completely reset in order to re-log in. There are plenty of complaints as of late regarding the instability/lag we've all been experiencing lately, and I see you haven't acknowledged a single one of them. Do you think you could at least say something like "Hello there! We actually do care and are working on fixing this issue right now!" or something that at least reminds us that you do care about more than just the people who: spend lots of money on your game, are involved in the LCS, or are complaining about petty balancing issues because they don't have the time to actually learn how to fight and strategize against that specific champion/item? Some of us cannot even play your game, and in case you need a reminder, it isn't our problem; it's yours. Can anyone at Riot at least acknowledge this post, or maybe the 100's of others regarding the same topic, or would you like to further remind us all of how insignificant we are to you? Thanks, have a good one :)

500 constant means you're disconnected from server.. Every time I see 500 I go "RIP" Because every time I ever get 500 my friends on skype go "You just DCed"
