Can we please have an offline mode?

Being one of the many people with connection issues, such as: absurdly high ping, unstable connection, lag, packet loss, etc, it would mean quite a lot to me if I could just play offline and not worry about the connection to your servers. I've done everything I can possibly think of to actually fix this problem and after a month and a half of trying to solve it, I'm frankly done with it. I beg of you to please make an offline server so that those of us who don't have any desire to try to fix this ludicrous problem still get the opportunity to enjoy your game. Thank you :)

They don't want people getting access to their game code making hacks more commonplace, so I don't see this happening.

Dota 2 has offline mode with competent bots so I don't see why League couldn't

What exactly would you do with anoff-line server exactly just play with yourself in custom mode ? Off-line mode by the very nature of its name means that you're not playing with anyone

If they do this, they'll need to make bots actually good.

They don't want to do this because that would require putting a fair amount of the game code on the user's machine and would make it easier to hack the game.

The market for something like offline mode just isn't there. Not to mention it creates a huge amount of abusable issues that Riot could not police.

I thought this was going to be about a sandbox mode, which is greatly needed. Asking for an offline mode is silly.

They could make a story mode, though most games that make a story mode after the fact end up flopping.
