Played for the first time against a Zoe as Ryze

She was able to user her E 3 times in that fight while I was only able to use my E 4 times. This seems very confusing but lets say it like this. Everytime I used my E as Ryze she was able to cast her E too. DPS spell vs ultity stun. Like damn imagine if Nautilus could use a long range stun 2 second stun wich also slows you for 2.2 seconds every 3 or 2 seconds he would be a perma ban or pick in competetive. I know people complained about already but it doesnt seem right that one teammate is either one shot or perma stunned by a long range mage wich doesn`t need to get close to you.

You do realise that I mean with her hitting her E otherwise I would obviously otherwise I would have used my E more. It was around the end of the game with her having 5% more cdr then me. But ok dude I`m obviously going around lying while you are off looking for single men like you on dating websites.

Ah I see. Well in the future you should avoid using ideas of homosexuality to make a point such as that. It could easily be misinterpreted as you being homophobic, which is punishable here.

Her E cooldown is low, but not that low. When she hits her E on enemies its cooldown is decresed from 9~ seconds to 5~ seconds. This with 40% CDR and level 5 spell. Ryze's E is on 2.25 seconds cooldown once it's level 5.

Now do the math she hits me with her E I get 2 seconds to E but by the time the stun starts I cant use my E again. That gives her plenty of time to use another E while I use my E again but I dont have enough time to use 2 Es since they still take 2 seconds to come back up. Sadly I don`t remember if she used her other E immediatly or not since there was a Tristana and Lulu cluttering my screen. But I did have time to use my E 2 times on her (alongside my other spells obviously) before she E me again.

Just because you are under effect of CC it doesn't mean your spell cooldown is higher and i assumed you weren't getting hit by that since you were able to use your E. And you got hit by 3 of her bubbles before you got killed? Man, enemy team must have been afk while you were asleep. I wish i could see the replay.

Rest of the team was off killing my teammates. Plus cooldown should not be viewed the same when talking about CC spells. The majority of champions still let you breath after they used their CC spell. Zoe didnt let me breath. I challenge you tell me about a mage wich CCs you as in hard CC and does it again 3 seconds afterwards, espacilly from long range. You dont I just checked myself there is non wich are comparable to Zoe.
