Armor Pen items could use some love

Last Whisper is in a fine spot right now, but I find Ghostblade and Black Cleaver a tad underwhelming at different stages of the game. Ghostblade has very low flat AD, I think it should get bumped up to 50 AD (you can increase the price accordingly, the stats just feel so weak without the active). Black Cleaver costs so much money, I think the flat Arm Pen should be raised to 20 so if feels like a more impactful buy in the mid game.

Particularly Ghostblade feels so weak without the active. It would be nice if some kind of upgrade were available in the late game to make it more slot efficient.

Last Whisperer and Void Staff need an update in numbers or something...

I have 200 armor. No I don't, I have 140. Cait just crit me for 800. I'm dead now.

Frankly, if we're gonna buff armor shred then I feel they should revert the armor/MR shred priorities they did 2 seasons ago. If you don't recall, they changed it so that Flat Pen applies AFTER %pen. In other words.. Say I have 200 Armor. The enemy... Yi has 10 Armor pen from runes, 6% from masteries. With Last Whisper, that's 41% Armor shred. Now let's put Black Cleaver onto this! Flat 10 and 5-25% armor shred. 20 armor pen and 66% pen. 112 armor. Assuming I did my math right. Last Whisper and Black Cleaver are giving you AD anyways so you're really not losing out on anything for itemizing against tanks. Plus all this armor shred applies to non tanks as well, and you end up doing near true damage should the enemy even survive 5 auto attacks.

Let's also not forget there are champions with built in Armor Pen already.

All in all, I think Armor Pen items are in an okay spot. Though personally I don't feel Black Cleaver should be a debuff... But that's just me. But if we go and buff the AD on these items THEN we're gonna have a problem where Armor is seriously going to be absolutely pointless and we'll just have League of Cleavers again. Why buy Infinity Edge when I can do True Damage to everybody with similar damage output?
