You guys wonder why you guys are the laughing stock of this community. Why in earths name are you buffing Garen? Ok for once in a lifetime he falls below a 50% WR doesnt mean he gets a buff making him stupid tier again. Kayle buffs on PBE too but they arent that huge. And then theres.....

Look, I don't care if you're going to increase his attackspeed per level by 0.1% in no way shape or form does this champ need any buff. Is 54% WR not enough to explain how broken this champ

And then after all of this you nerf Wukong's HP by a fat 30 points because I guess he'd be too OP if they didn't They're afraid MonkeyKing will dominate the rift but not this Sett Garen Kayle .

The Sett "buff" is a partial revert of the hefty nerfs that are coming out on 10.3 for him.

Wukong has significant changes set to go out with that HP nerf.
