I think it's about time Shen gets a buff

This may be disagreed by a lot of people but believe it or not many will agree Shen isn't that great of a champion in the top lane. He is practically countered in majority of his match ups in top and his early-game clear is so bad its impossible to scale as Shen. Although he is tanky, he isn't that tanky, well not enough tanky for him to sacrifice good wave clear, attack speed, and damage. Every match up I've had playing as Shen there really wasn't any time where he had any advantage on the enemy laner. Simply buffing his passive shield duration and base health is all he really needs, and maybe making his W a bit more useful would be good as well. This is just my opinion, feel free to state yours.
