Aatrox Aatrox Q Dark Flight >ACTIVE: After a brief delay where Aatrox dodges all skills (or at least basic attacks), Aatrox dashes to the target area after a brief delay, dealing physical damage to all nearby enemies upon landing and knocking up enemies in the epicenter for 1 second.

Galio Galio Passive Runic Skin >Galio's skin allows him draw magic energy restoring 1 / 3 / 5% of his maximum mana when ever a spell is cast near him. Galio permanently has 50% magic resistance as AP. ------------------------------------------------------- OR ---------------------------------------------------------- Galio's hide absorbs magical energies converting 30% of damage taken as mana (before resistances). Galio permanently has 50% magic resistance as AP. ------------------------------------------------------- OR ---------------------------------------------------------- Galio's hide absorbs residual energies granting him a Runic Charge each time a skill is used near him. At 3 charges, Galio's next next basic attack recovers 10% of his maximum mana and inflicts 50 / 75 / 100% of this amount to his target as magic damage. Galio permanently has 50% magic resistance as AP.

Nocturne Nocturne Passive Umbra Blades >Nocturne's next basic attack is periodically enhanced, dealing 120% AD physical damage to his target and surrounding enemies, and healing himself for 10 / 18 / 26 per enemy hit. [Basic attacks reduce Umbra Blades's cooldown by 1 second.] Nocturne permanently gains 20 / 30 / 40% attack speed.

W Shroud of Darkness >PASSIVE: Shadows hide Nocturne causing him to take 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 / 10% reduced damage after using Duskbringer or Paranoia for 2.5 seconds. ACTIVE: Nocturne creates a barrier that blocks the next enemy ability that hits him within the next 1.5 seconds. If Nocturne blocks an ability, Umbra Blades' bonus attack speed is doubled for 5 seconds.

Explanations Aatrox - He needs something to do while in the air. He has the longest wind up animation for any dash, that for the chance at knocking up enemies. Other champions' dashes out shine him with some getting resets on kills, some with instant dash plus a knock back, some with a double dash and one where you are rewareded the longer you charge your dash (Tristana Sejuani Fizz Zac ). Mean while Aatrox is has a period where he is vulnerable to all damage and CC all this for a chance to knock up. Thematically i think it makes sense, Aatrox taking to the air dodging attacks before crashing back into battle.

Galio - This mage killer needs some incentive to stay in lane against these casters. He is a melee anti-mage, that doesn't work out too well. He gets poked down heavily in lane while trying to farm and poking back or using skills to farm burns through his mana. He (aside from Rumble) is the only melee mage to not have some sort of incentive to attack in melee range other that he has to do it to farm if he wants to save his mana.

Nocturne - Move the attack speed to his passive because no one makes w first. By time you start placing points into W more than likely you will already have item 3153 diminishing the benefits of this placing points in this skill. The damage reduction was because i think it should be hard to land a solid hit on a shadow hiding in darkness. Also Nocturne as an assassin, if he dives a squishy in the backline he is gonna get bursted down and if he goes tanky he may not have the damage to kill his target and if he engaged with his ult, more than likely left his team behind.
