Let me start of my saying never play ranked. It's just not fun. But teamwork or learning how to develop it cannot be learned at any Bronze level. Fights will start, people do not listen and objectives will not be met. It's a waste of time. I encourage all new players to abandon it!

No. I just refuse to fight a losing battle. I stopped playing ranked for one reason, I had someone like you who didn't believe me and they manage to get 44 kills and couldn't win the game because the rest of the team couldn't or wouldn't group together. Basically it was 2 vs 5. And going on their advice I chose to wait until next season or never play it again.

you're using that as an excuse your extremely low lack of mechanical skill and in game knowledge and fyi in this "Team Game" of yours where teamfights dont usually actually start till after laning phase which is around the 12-15 minute mark and untill which you do need to be able to competently hold your own untill then. which is also part of this "Team Game" by your logic you shouldnt fault your lanes for feeding early since you havent started "team fighting" yet and it doesnt count. and with saying that our game only lasted 14 mins and i had your top inhib turret before the 10 minute mark, so yes 1v1s do count as they are an important part of the game

Lyless jumped into ranked to quickly. He refused to accept help from anyone and scoffed at the idea of watching a streamer or pro play to improve his champion play. He raged on the forms and probably in game, failing to realize that he was part of the problem. He didn't take the time to properly learn the game as a whole and as a result has found himself trapped. He has completely and utterly destroyed his MMR to the point where losses cost him so much LP that he can't climb out.
That brings us to where we are now. The start of a long journey to the top of league competition. Lyless has given up on ranked, and has committed himself to start from the bottom and work his way up. Starting today he will be accepting submissions to join and help him grind through Intro Bots. Once he is comfortable at that level he will proceed to Beginner. It won't be easy, but nothing worth while ever is.
Please lend a hand to this player and help him crawl out of the mire.

If he encourages new players to just abandon it, he's actually adding to the problem.
Teamwork is a skill just like mechanics or game knowledge. Even at lower elo, you need to attempt it and practice this skill, alongside reading your teammates.
And teamwork swings both ways. Yeah, you'll get trolls and afk's and whatever else, but people sometimes don't realize that they're also the problem. Sometimes spamming "all push mid" when a tower goes down at ten minutes doesn't work, nor is it a good idea, and that's just part of the game.
Completely abandoning any attempts to perform teamwork is just... silly.
Abandoning the idea? Bad. Attempting it if others are willing, and just focusing on your own play if they aren't? That's fine.

Fiveofswords2 votesdont know why ppl downvoted you. you are correct. the way people get out of low level is by trying to work as a team, not by trying to pick op champions and getting the best kdr (which is what the vast majority of weak players seem to focus on). in bad player games you of course need to learn how to not rely on teamates, but this is also true of the enemy. often you can just win in stupid ways...like once you are strong enough to solo the dragon, do it. split push bot lane all the way to nexus turrets before anyone on the other team notices, etc.
