It's the way it is atm. ADC's have the exact same build path, but they might get the item earlier or later in their build. Supports are basically the exact same either they are tank supports or they are enchanters who build Ardent censor first.

The rest of the lanes depends on the champions. Assassins will go with near the same items. Tanks will go depending on who is getting fed and who their laner is.

Jungle it depends on the champion and what is needed. Like you will never see a Rammus build the exact same as a Ezreal Jungle. Would be funny but doubt it would happen without it being a gimmick.
