How do you deal with this

I'm playing aram we had all melee champs and the other team is 4/5s ranged. veigar has the advantage in eqw combo against the narrow arena so he could gain stacks pretty fast. the caitlyn and and teemo could literally fill the entire bridge with traps and kill us from afar while soraka can heal them. The only who could get close was me, fizz and aatrox but ofc nobody wanted to engage so i tried going in first when one got too close but there was usually no followup and they backed up away or got ccd hard by the veigars stun and soraka root. so i typed in the chat how its not fair and the veigar decides to get nasty saying im shit like my kda and focuses on my k/d instead of my a. Shes (which is surprising and she also was saying that its worse were getting beat bcuz shes a she) ended up calling me toxic for one comment while she was being rude and not listening the rest of the game while I try to justify my point. ik im ranting but how do you counter that team? trying to engage is impossible with all the traps over the bridge so they know where to skill shot
