New Masteries Need Different Names (Here's WHY)
Fresh Blood a.k.a. First Blood (for ranged) "For those who aren’t content to sit back and farm in lane" a.k.a. "for those ranged who aren't content to sit back and let their melee opponent live" Possible Change to make current name more fitting: After taking champion damage, you next basic attack or ability within 4 seconds will deal 10(+3 level) bonus damage (9 sec cd) This change suggests that receiving champion damage (a.k.a getting hurt and bleeding, seeing fresh blood) enrages your champ to reciprocate the injury. Will make it worse for ranged champs who just want to poke, but better for ranged who wanted to skirmish and all around better for melees
Siegemaster a.k.a. Siegemastered "If you spend the early game sitting under tower, Siegemaster helps you survive poke and live through dive attempts. a.k.a. "If you spend the early game as melee, Siegemastered helps you accept you are getting mastered by your ranged opponent and forces you to play under tower, to eat more poke before you die through dive attempts anyways" Possible Change to make current name more fitting: Gain 2% damage reduction when near enemy towers, and triple this bonus when near allied tower. Hence you are actually good at sieging the enemy, not just being sieged yourself. Also making it % reduction instead of flat resists ensures it scales well into the late game whilst not being overpowered early game (6% damage reduction at level 1 is nearly the same as +8 resists, but doesn't fall of when you buy more resists)
Also on a side note, Battering Blows and Piercing Thoughts still need a buff. Suggested change is +30% BONUS armor/magic penetration. I have a discussion with details posted if interested.
