Knight's Vow Is a Near-Copy of Ohmwrecker, Just Better

Knights Vow costs 2400 gold, gives:

400 HP 100% HP Regen 60 Armor 15% situational movespeed Amazing protective/lifesteal passive

Ohmwrecker costs 2650 gold, gives:

300 HP 150% HP Regen 50 Armor 20% Situational movespeed 10% CDR Terrible Tower Shutdown passive

Both are cheap defensive items for tank supports with nearly the same statlines. With these same statlines, Knight's Vow then is objectively better due to its passive being vastly superior to Ohmwrecker's passive. The only thing that is better about Ohmwrecker is the CDR, (which is difficult to get these days on tank supports if you forgo Frozen Heart) and even that is not even close enough to prefer it over Knight's Vow.

Ohmwrecker is the least purchased item in the game right now, at like 0.2%. Will Ohmwrecker ever be given a decent passive? As indicated by the power of Knight's Vow, it has a great statline with a useless passive that in turn makes the entire item garbage.
