Any idea when 7.1 is to be released and why donger is on the client load art?
It's been almost a month since 6.24. 7.1 soon? Also, 
on load screen. Getting some big changes or a new skin or something?

RiotMeddler7 votes7.1 will hopefully (we're still bug fixing) come out next week.
My understanding is Heimer's on the new client login screen in recognition of the way it's still in beta and gettting a lot of engineering work done.

RiotMeddler3 votesThe topic on the client board is the much better place to ask that question so I'd recommend leaving that as is. I'm not involved directly in new client dev so not sure myself what the thinking there is.
