Why not make Teleport and Janna's E castable on inhibitors and Nexus?

I feel TP and Eye of the storm should get this QoL change.

Why can't I directly to the inhibitor which is being attacked? Why am I forced to do it on the nearby turret and thus lose precious time.

If can shield turrets, why can't she shield inhibitors and Nexus? It just doesn't make sense! Such change won't make her op, regarding her recent nerfs and will be pretty situational, but potentionally game changing.

Imo, this buff won't make the spells too stong, but rather make them more interesting to use and give players more desision making, which is good for the game{{summoner:2}} .
