My ideas for the Miss Fortune follow up buffs.

I really love Miss Fortune and I'm happy that Riot designers are planing to make some further changes to her. My ideas are mainly based on the hinted intetions for MF in the red post about her several days ago. Here we go:

Strut(passive) - At level 9, minion attacks can no longer brake the bonus movespeed. While in the laning phase vulnerability may be needed for counterplay, later on it is very unrewarding to not be able to chase or escape because of an upcoming wave.

Impure shots(W) - The reactivated Strut can not be broken for the first 3 seconds of the active. Currently, this newly added mobility is only effective if MF has already gained distance and won't be immidiately attacked and it is almost useless in close fights. This should make it a real escape.

Make it rain(E) - Cast time ~~0.5 ~~ - 0.25 seconds The cast time of E is needlesly high. Enemies with gapclosers can quickly escape even without a delay. Also, it may actually lead to getting caught instead of slowing the enemy. Bacause of this a cast time reduction is required.

Bullet time(R) - Now each bullet wave applies 2 stacks of impure shots instead of 1. This means that the **maximum potential **AD ratio will change so: 198/210/216% AD- 252/282/312% AD

Since the biggest complains about MF's ult are about her late game damage, the ratio is buffed the most at level 3 with an 106% AD increase of scaling, while at level 1 it only 54%. I hope that such a change will make players more eager to use her Ult.

Strut should give a constant MS bonus that doesn't disappear when damaged and then have a gradually increasing bonus as well that reaches 70 MS at 5 seconds as it does currently.

Level 1: 10 MS at all times 12 MS every second over 5 seconds for a maximum of 60 MS Level 6: 15 MS at all times 11 MS every second over 5 seconds for a maximum of 55 MS Level 11: 20 MS at all times 10 MS every second over 5 seconds for a maximum of 50 MS Level 16: 25 MS at all times 9 MS every second over 5 seconds for a maximum of 45 MS

This would keep her mobile and scaling into the late game mobility creep, the passive ramps faster as well. At 2 seconds MF will have 34 MS at level 1, 37 MS at level 6, 40 MS at level 11 and 43 MS at level 16.

I like the added idea that Impure Shots should give MF her Passive and make it unbreakable. I think 2 seconds is plenty. I think 3 seconds would be too much. Honestly it is a nice small addition that they made, but I always found it a waste. Usually MF is slowed so her passive doesn't help much and really you want to save Impure Shots for a team fight not for a disengage. Typically Impure Shots is on cooldown because yu used it in the team fight, and now cannot use it to disengage from the fight if needed. Perhaps there could be an interaction that resets or lowers the cooldown for Impure Shots like Tristana has. I like when abilities interact together.

I agree that Make it Rain needs it activation time cut. Too many times have I used it only to have it not actually catch an enemy.

Bullet Time needs something. I don't think it needs more passive stacks. It might just need it's damage increased. It has a low damage value and scaling because it scales with AD, AP and Impure Shots along with dealing both Physical and Magic damage. But it's weakness is that it doesn't always do it's maximum damage since it has to land all 8 waves of bullets and thus might only land 1 or 2 waves. Perhaps the Physical damage could be more front loaded and scale down but the magic damage from Impure Shots scales up. So in the end it does the same damage just more in the beginning.

Please no. MF doesn't need any more buffs. I don't want my main to become FoTM.

I think the cast time lower on e would help her, although I think it is in a good spot as a utility skill, and the power should be distributed into the rest of her kit. To me the biggest thing it's her awkward penetration and crit building, as well as the late game ult. Love seeing what others feel about her, especially well thought out changes like this one!
