Refusing to communicate with the team/Recently Played/Ranked First Pick

Refusing to communicate with the team, and yet Riot puts /mute all as a command into the chat.

Also for the recently played can we get a right click "block" function added? Please and thank you.

Also for ranked, is there a first pick for red team? Two people choose at the same time, so... is the person on top first pick/do they have higher priority on role selection? Can Riot fix this so that everyone picks individually? Do we really need 40 seconds to find and pick a champion? Would'nt 15 seconds be enough?
