TEEMO THE LIVING WARD?

WHY do people play Teemo? I mean he is the most troll champ in the whole game, im pretty sure he isnt even classified as a character. Teemo is basically a living ward, all he does is sit in a bush, waiting until the ADC walks over him and then spamming Q and R hoping the rest of the team doesnt turn around and dog-pile him to death, Teemo has the best kind of ability, he has unlimited ward usage, he basically just sits in a bush during a team fight, giving vision and making sure nobody flanks?!?!?!

You can even get colourfull teemo-skins to set the mood whilst waiting in a bush for like 5 minutes? Especially little devil teemo
