Would anyone else like champ specific key settings?

Was thinking similar to how we can make item pages to assign to each champ we could set up our hotkeys before the game starts to. For example some champs i like to have quick cast on all my spells but then others i might prefer to have It turned off for 1 specific spell that might require some careful aiming because of its range or something until i am confident enough to smart cast it as well. Just curious.
