so im s1 63 lp and i have been stuck in silver 1 for a while because i cant seem to carry my team i was wondering if anyone can give me a few tips. I main vi,shyvana and hecarim(i stop playing shyvana because i cant keep early pressure and if i farm i get flamed by my team) im having problems ganking because i lose more then i gain in the early game and if i don't gank i get flamed(i also get flamed if they lose lane) and even if i warn my team and ping where the enemy jg is, they still die to their ganks. i usually get a decent score(not negative) but i need help to carry these monkeys because every lane loses lol i was in my promos to g5 but i lost due to not winning my team their lanes, i also had a gp mid who fed a kayle even though i put pressure and killed her early i also had a AD kennen last game....enough said... i know this is not enough to not be able to climb but its super frustrating that if i dont do everything i lose to the enemy jg who has to do nothing, well thanks for reading and comment if you think you might be able to help.i also watch my replays thanks to the awesome new client.

Few things. First, ignore your team, they're a bunch of muppets, it's a waste of your time. Second, you came to the conclusion that Shyvana isn't effective at climbing, and I'm inclined to agree; she's just designed to get 6 and get huge off of farm then run the game over. She doesn't grab the game by the balls.

Pathing This is the biggest issue in non-jungle mains and, from my anecdotal experience, most lower elo junglers. If they want to gank top, they'll just run top. That's okay if they're just way out of line, but 90% of the time, it's the incorrect play. PLAN YOUR ROUTE BEFORE YOU EVEN LEAVE FOUNTAIN. Want to gank top? Don't walk there, clear your way towards it.

Golems>chickens>wolves>gromp>gank Wolves>gromp>scuttle>gank

I don't care what your path is, but clear towards it and gank as the opportunity arises. The point here is, prioritize farm > ganks. The reason this is important is two-fold; consistency and power spikes.

Consistency You are the only person you can control. You can't control your allies or stop them from being apes. Ganking over farming can work, it can snowball, sure, but it's not consistent. Your teammates can miss their shit, they can not pay attention, they can fail to secure the kill, they can just derp in general and waste your time. Camps don't waste your time, they just hook you up with gold and experience. This leads to you getting fed off of just a kill or two because you have so much gold already built up.

Power Spikes The second reason farm>ganks is important is because farming lets you hit power spikes. Buying a damage item, levelling your damage skill up, getting your ultimate, these are all power spikes. Why are these important?

If you gank fresh off of a power spike, your chance of the gank succeeding goes up exponentially. Therefore, farming equals more successful ganks with the least chance of it going horribly wrong; best of both worlds.

Side note, in general, don't gank losing lanes, they're losing for a reason and will waste your time or worse yet get you killed. There are exceptions but this is a good rule to live by.

Carrying Employing this consistent strategy will lead to you getting fed most games, which you need to translate into a win. To do so, you need objectives. I don't care if your muppet team starts bitching or ping spamming you, your goal is to do the right thing regardless of whether or not they understand. If you gank successfully, help push the wave to turret; this makes the now dead enemy laner lose all that gold and experience, and lays damage onto tower. This also lets you soak experience to hit another power spike sooner.

Furthering this point, if the tower is low enough (or you and your allies have enough damage), try to shove the tower down, particularly bot lane. The sooner the lane phase ends, the sooner your now fed ally can roam to shove down other lanes and just run the map down ASAP. Your team's mid to late game competency is probably suspect, and the sooner you end the game, the less opportunity they have to do something asinine to throw the lead.

I would suggest abandoning lanes that are feeding, and concentrate on a lane you can snowball. With that being said, look at your teammates champs and see which one can snowball, i.e Jax, Darius, GP, Zed, etc, and try to get them fed.

I am Silver 2 support, but I do fill, and when I'm jungle that's one thing I do.

I would also give the kills away to your carries if you can. When you gank, don't try to gank for the kill yourself, let the others have it. Also, cover lanes when they back.

You want to keep the vision around Drake, and Baron good. If you notice the enemy jungler top, and you enemy bot lane went back, take Drake. If you guys get some team kills, and you have all 5 and you notice enemy jungler is bot lane, head to Herald/Baron

The Herald will help the top lane push more, and if you get baron, start pushing lanes. You want to utilize the other aspects to prevent your team from losing fights. Also, if you can, keep scuttler controlled as possible. This should prevent your bot lane from being ganked, granted they are placing wards.

Also, if you can, try to counter jungle and counter gank. If you can see you bot lane pushed with a big wave, and they enemy adc is alone, try and make a play behind turret to get a kill. Aid in taking towers, and concentrate on handing over blue to mid lane.

These small things can have major impacts, and will allow you to farm your jungle more. Even if they're constantly pushed and you can't see a gank, you can apply more pressure. This pressure will cause the enemy jungler to have to adapt to your play style which can pull them from farming, and making mistakes.

the most important thing is: stop listening to your teammates. mute them if neccesary and just do what you think is the right thing to do. (if a laner pings you back when you want to gank you still should back off ofc)

as a jungler you have 2 ways to carry a game: either you get your lanes ahead and let them carry for you or you get fed yourself. vi and hecarim are both well desgined to get fed themselves in the early game since they have strong ganks aswell as counterganks.

if you get trolls theres not much you can do, such as in every other lane. happens and you should try to not get tilted over it.

some general tips after looking at your op.gg: you really have not the worst stats when loosing, but what i realized: in pretty much every game you play youre behind the enemy jungler when your team is behind and ahead if your team is ahead (only 3 games where that wasnt the case with 2 games where the enemy was ahead while your team won and 1 game where you were ahead while your team lost). on one side this is not that surprising, but it may indicate what you already stated: you struggle to get ahead and carry when your team is losing.

there are some things you can try to do when your team is losing: try to focus on winning lanes and get them and yourself even more ahead. when you gank for the 0-4-0 toplaner you will most likely not get anything but summoners out of it and it will not be enough to stop snowballing, so try to snowball winning lanes instead. when you are stronger than the enemy jungler and the danger of getting killed while invading is low or non existent: invade him or search and kill him (vi is really good at this for example ;) ). when you think that one of your lanes is likely to get ganked and you think that your lane+you will win against the enemy lane + enemy jungler: stay around for a while and try to countergank. farm, farm and farm. farm gives a lot of gold and xp and everytime you gank you give up on farm. good farm helps you to at least stay kinda even even if the enemy jungler gets fed (this ofc only helps as long as the enemy team doesnt meet for a party in your jungle).

a lot of aspects here may seem harsh or selfish, but it will help you carry games where your team is loosing.

There are other nuances, of course; counterjungling when the enemy jungler shows, getting deep vision, etc. but living by these fundamentals I posted should be enough to beat out Silver junglers pretty convincingly.

Looking @ your match history Vi - get item 1400 before tri force. It's much cheaper and gives you a huge power spike earlier = stronger ganks, better duelling, champ smite and faster clears. Max Q first. Get triforce if you're ahead to get further ahead or if your team needs to catch up you can start tanking up here and mix in a sheen or phage when you can while still doing decent damage with jungle item.

Hecarim - get basic boots much sooner. It lets you move around the map faster for clears, on top of a damage buff from passive. Waiting until after triforce and jg item is done is soooooooooo late. I dont get your opening abilities either. Some games you start E?? http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2461131840/233015154?tab=builds Others you go Q then E? http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2462428392/233015154?tab=builds

Both of those are terrible for clearing jungle and level 2 ganks arent the greatest. If you want to go for early ganks get charge 3rd, W 2nd for better sustain for camp 2 and 3 so you dont need the 3 pot open and can have refillable instead.

Dont need to straight rush triforce all the time with just talisman since that'll gimp your jungle camp sustain. You'll need to be very active in ganking if you do that, otherwise finish stalkers blade and basic boots first before working on triforce components. It'll give you champ smite for ganks and healthy sustain in jg to stay out longer

Small things at the start set the pace for the rest of your game

Farm, ward, counter gank.
