Lemme have a look at your op.gg before I get into mechanics specifics, but more than likely what needs work is your macro play. If you're usually cruising in matches but aren't winning it's almost always because you lack some sort of strategic skill, which also happen to be the most important skills for climbing. Pathing, prioritization, and communication are likely your weaknesses. Taking a look now.
Edit: Definitely find a coach to work with you on your macro play. Here's some more minor mechanical things for you to work on:
Warding. Your warding is terrible. From now on buy at least 3 pinks per game, always, every time, start making it a habit to work on vision control so you have the information to make better choices. Not just pinks, work on warding in general. You can't solve the equation if you don't know the terms in it.
Jungle cs. This is really low, it's about average for a silver or gold player but I average double your cs as a 5 consecutive season top 1% player. And I only swapped to maining jungle a season and a half ago. As snowbally as the game is ganking is king, sure, but if you path properly you farm what's on the way to the next gank. When you can regularly gank 7 or 8 times in 20 minutes and you can manage over 100 farm in that time frame you'll be on the right track.
Go ahead and OTP for a while. Just play helicopter pony and nothing else. It's your best champ. And you need macro skill training. So take your best mechanical champ and spam games so your mind is free to work on macro play, not micro play. It's a lot harder to work on strategy when you're worried about your build order or skill level order or anything of that nature.
