Make Morg's Q have a hitbox indicator like Cait's Q

Seriously, everyone has had times where that Q looks like it misses but somehow the air surrounding the Q nips you, making you snared. I think it's just a QoL change and shouldn't hurt Morg at all. What do you people think?
