Enemies in brush when Warning Ping - Re: Ivern

I think it would be handy if whenever a warnng ping targets in brush it warns explicitly that enemies are in the brush, rather than just danger. Particularly when I notice an Ivern backdoor brush hop happening.

I mean yea I could just say "hey gaiz he's/they are in the brush", but that takes potentially life saving time. If the ping changes when I explicitly target brush then people KNOW I'm referring to the brush as the thing to be cautious of rather than the general area.
