With all the talk about the Veigar / Mordekaiser / Kassadin changes... Why not Zilean?

Since Zilean got some massive updates this patch, i'm kinda curious how everyone feels his new playstyle is? Mostly because the forums right now are all on about Veigar / Mordekaiser.

I personally like the Q change, adds a new tool Zilean can use for zoning. Also the AoE stun when paired with his W is great. (Bit hard to land though) His ult having a normal cooldown is ok I guess, i'll miss the 30 second CD chronoshifts... But I know it had to be done in order to actually add cool gameplay to his other abilities.

I need to play him some more before I can judge. I am looking forward to it though. A stun is really nice.
