Instead of giving unnecessary buffs to Yi and Rengar, how about you nerf Jhin?

This champion became absurd at this point. He lost his role the second Stormrazor came out. He is sitting at 51% winrate with riot's no intentions on nerfing him. You have to do something to his passive. His damage output at this point isn't even an issue anymore. Basic counterplay, delete Jhin before he deletes you. How in the world am i supposed to delete jhin when he hits an AA with Stormrazor and goes faster than Hecarim with predator and deadman's while E'd? He can literally 1v5 if he knows how to move due to a 700-800 movement speed PER BASIC GOD DAMN ATTACK. His movement speed should be nerfed to the ground from his passive. His passive movement speed should be 3/4/5% scaling ( level 6 and 13 ) + 0.3% per 1% bonus attack speed so at least a god damn Hecarim and Rammus can catch him up. TL:DR - Passive: Whisper EVERY MOMENT MATTERS: Jhin's critical strike grant him 3/4/5% ( depending on the level ) ( + 0.3% per 1% bonus attack speed ) bonus movement speed for 1.5 seconds but his critical strikes deal 25% less damage.
