Leblanc balanced?

I remember a time in the DFG days where Leblanc had to deal with a lot of grief about her balance since one shotting in lane was pretty certain with it, but It's time for a re-examination. Not only in this season was DFG removed, she was additionally nerfed two times ( half buffed once as well) with one of the nerfs reducing all her spells damage by about 5% each. As a result she fails to fit into the meta.

Leblanc was my favorite champion, you would bully the enemy laner until you get the kill and get NLR, and a lil later the best item ever and snowball completely, but there was a risk still. Winning was the real struggle, i know she's frustrating to play against, but it takes skill or a hard carry to win a lot as Leblanc. Her burst was insane and although you could one shot a carry, u could get one shot yourself with a little bit of CC. Also you don't have anything that solo wins games, you don't split push totally great, your AP so your not doing tons of sustained damage, and your squishy as jello!

What I want to say is that I think it's time to give Leblanc some love. She's an early game champ who doesn't team fight exceptionally well unless it's some freak skirmish and the slight bit of a misjudged situation can lose your team the game. The nerfs hurt her scaling more than she already had to deal with, and as mages run the meta it's time to give LB something to work with, cuz im sick of letting this high risk high reward champion be slaughtered before my eyes because of negative attention and wrong headed misconceptions surrounding her.

For those that don't play her, even when you do a lot of things right, it's hard to win a lot as LB, and nowadays, the risk is hardly worth the reward.

I think she's fine atm. I main lb btw. It's definately hard to win the game if your team is full of idiots, but its not hard to position yourself around the backline carries to take them out. The problem with leblanc is that she isn't very durable and because of the scaling, building anything but damage just doesn't work. Meaning this juggernaut meta is just not right for her.

right, one-shotting carries that people lamented so much...well she has to use her gap-closer / escape to do so. Most likely used up her R as well so there goes the dupe.

so if she got away with one-shotting your ADC or mid laner late-game, well your team fucked up. where was your vision, CC, shields on your carry?

please dont mid lane is somewhat peaceful now that there isnt a leblanc pressing 2 buttons and instadeleting someone and returning to fountain with the press of another button

It reduced the damage on her R spells only, not all of them.

I wouldn't mind if they reworked her Q, it's boring as fuck right now. It's only fun when you're hideously fed and take half of the enemy's health with QR.

Maybe they could move more of the damage to the latter part, and then give it some utility, like a slow that disappears upon having the mark procced or after the mark disappears.

She's still strong. Though people can't rely on LB to single-handedly carry a team to victory like she used to if ahead, she can take care of her own and that's pretty balanced. I can't argue that she's less powerful in a real committing teamfight comparing to other mages and assassins.

whats her just so frustrating is she kills you before you can react thats why unless riot takes lessons from DOTA no assassin will be balanced

I think Leblanc is fine atm. It's just riot is leaving these op champs up. Leblanc is pretty much useless when they start to group up. You got about 20min to make them ff or go 10-1 and help your team get fed. But even if you go 4-1, it's not enough to carry. Sure you'll be able to delete any out of positioned squishy but then again a lot of people can too when fed. It's just the meta isn't in favor of her right now. Azir can make the enemy team go where ever he wants them too and have great waveclear. Viktor and delete anytihng in q-e and has stupid waveclear. Annie is an aoe leblanc pretty much. Flash in and stun while nuking 5 players. And Ahri is just Ahri. Only thing i would suggest is either adding better ratios to e or buffing base damage. Slightly, not something like ( ratios increased to .8 from .5) Or (Base damage increased to 60/100/120/140/180/200) Maybe 0.6 ratio on e and base damage increased to 50/70/100/120/150. -Annie -Ahri (Meh) -Viktor -Azir

It's not her balance state that is the issue. It is the fact that she is 110% toxic to play against. Her ability to be potentially in 4 places at once on top of her dumbass passive makes it extremely difficult to punish her for making mistakes or catch her out (which is why she is a nightmare to shutdown when fed), while she will punish the slightest mistake on your part with ruthless efficiency.

It doesn't help that her playerbase is the most toxic in League, always being obnoxious to the enemy team and even their own. Frankly no one missed her back when her winrate was in the gutter, she is a mistake champion release along with Vlad and pre-rework Darius and exists to do little other than make the game unfun for whoever has to play against her.
