Viktor E needs some thought to its spamming.
Every game I play as Viktor or where the enemy has a Viktor that isn't God awful he does the most damage in the game, even if he feeds early and never really gets ahead. I know hes immobile and has no defense but his mini-shield and delayed stun, but the amount of intellect it takes to cut an E across a fight every 4 seconds for 1000+ damage in AOE is mind-numbing. There is no damage reduction/amplification depending on how much of the laser hits an enemy or what part of the laser hits, it just crushes regardless of where it is, what it hits, and for how long. I think it would make alot of sense for the damage to be somewhat of a growing stat since he can already get an easy 1000+ ap and clear an entire minion wave with 1st blood at level 6 with it. What I would like Riot or whoever is reading this to consider is if the base damage is still high but not ginormous, and the damage grows as the laser paths across its target. It is literally dumb that he can cut an e across the field with no thought about it and do the same damage to everything it hits. If the damage grew as the laser was active Viktors would actually have to consider their paths to hit high priority targets for more damage instead of the mindless E spam. It would be a much needed nerf not by simply messing with his numbers, but by making it more skillful to use.
