KATARINA BUGS i hope ur actually reading this been over a month

I was in a teamfight with kat, im kinda fed, i kill someone and go to continue with my combo reset and realize my Q is having problems. I chase the enemies and i think im in range, but somethings wrong. I leave and test this on minions which cant be Q'd or E'd, so i go to recall. Hmm doesnt work. Great so baron is down drag ill feed the other team, so now i have to run across the map or die to jungle mosters to reset this. Yes i tried running back to base. so i just wasted about 3 minutes being playable while my team lost a teamfight to all low health enemies. After i died it was fixed but 42 second death timer cost us inhib and the game. I had to FF my baron buff to wolves. Yea.

Anyways here i am reporting a bug and begging for some way to get this game loss prevented. Is there anything i can do? I mean, i was technically victimized to something that was not to me or my teams doing. Unless this is the new kat nerf. Then just put it in patch notes please. Thanks.

This bug has been around for a bit, and still isn't fixed but i just execute whenever i see i cant cast recall. instantly run and die. Or run around and try and help team with half my useable skills lol.

This also occurred with Sion and his Q, W, and R if they were activated too quickly in succession after his full revamp.

I've had this occur randomly with multiple other champions as well, including Gangplank, Tryndamere, and Katarina as well.

It's a bug that has been an issue since Patch 4.20, and seems to change during every patch, making it go away for some and show up for others.
