Even though it's a stupid call, you not being there just makes it so much worse and most likely seals your teams fate even though they're being monkeys trying to take baron. Maybe just maybe you being there will allow your team to take it before anyone notices or maybe you all get aced and give baron for free but at least you all did it as a team and increased the chances of it working.

Also remember that great calls also will fail if everyone doesn't commit to it so the same rules apply.
