When do you start playing with experienced players?

So I created a new account and am being paired against new players who are just starting the game.

That's justified as mine's a new account in itself but the players I keep coming across are completely new ones who haven't even unlocked smite yet. I am at level 14 right now, and how long does it take before you get placed in a non-beginner queue?
