I've had a few bad matches here and there, but ever since I got into ranked (with my highest being gold on Garena), the bottom laners feed 80% of the time, and it's impossible to stay on top when you've got 4 people pushing your lane like school kids fighting over the last piece of cake.
Dude it's not only low Elo. I play D5 MMR and the f**ing botlane IS 90% the one who lose the game. And the worst thing is, they do it after I gave them early kills (because I KNOW that this lane is so important). I play otp Voli jungle and (i know) people say he is bad atm, but in one thing he is godlike: Lvl 1 invade and Lvl 2 ganks (early ganks in general). In almost EVERY game my team gets first blood because of me. And mostly i set my botlane 2:0 or even 3:0 + burn all enemy summs in the first 3-5 Minutes. And even THEN my bot manage to feed their asses of after i go jungle again. It's so frustrating. Sometimes i have a good bot and they show me what an actual competent bot can do with such an awesome leashe and they are 10:0 after 10 Minutes. But that's rare.
Because bot is the worst position in the game right now, so in turn nobody wants to play/main it so your bot laners will be auto fills more often than not.

Your botlane, provided you don't play botlane or jungle (specifically when camping bot) will win lane 50% of the time and will feed 50% of the time. It's just statistics.
Bot lane is a quantum anomaly which means they are losing and winning at the same time but always losing when seen from your perspective.
There is this issue where botlane doesn’t decide its own fate. The lane is decided almost entirely on which team sends jungle and mid bot first.
