And...Yorick Mori and Olaf could go top or jungle (or both, new meta).

bruh not to be rude but someone already figured out the conspiracy when morde was released.

Basically rito needs to sell pentakill skins. Pentakill needs an actual team. Pentakill doesn't have a team cus no adc. Can't have 6 in pentakill cus SR only allows for 5

So rito "turns morde into adc" so that pentakill can finally have a team. Having a team equals skin sales

I think their are more sustain dps champions that could be viable as adc after some mirror modifications: Ryze Vladimir Azir Cassiopeia Heimerdinger

Nope, nope, don't even think about changing anything in my main champ's kit ( Vladimir ). Besides, I think nearly every AP ranged champ would be able to easily play on bot lane. And those you mentioned, they are all able to do so. Haven't you heard of Twitch + Cassio? Heimer with his turrets is one man army, so he could easily be played bot too. Azir would just poke the sh*t out of adc and support with his soldiers. Vlad would just sustain all poke, and later in the game, he can easily kill an adc with his full combo. As for Ryze: perma root and insane dps later. All those champs don't need any modifications to be played bot lane there are just better places for them on Summoner's Rift.
