Tolerate point loss in Ranked due afkers

Hello everyone, As the title screams. AFKers in Ranked games are making climbing harder than it should be. When a team loses a match with an afker(s) the point lost should be less severe than a normal game. Why should the rest of the team suffer losses when someone Afks for some matters in real life, rage quit or whatever reason made those players go afk. I wish I could see some changes in the near future that addresses this issue. Cheers.
