What are lulu pix attacks considered?
Are they on attack or on hit? I know they dont apply on hits, but how do they interect with guinsoos?

spell damage or proc, iirc. They don't act as auto attacks and dont apply on hits if that is what you are asking. They are themselves an on-hit effect.
It's sort of an on-attack effect.
It won't proc anything special and won't be triggered by anything other than an auto-attack.
