Can i "duoQ" with my premade?
he was bronze 4 last season, didnt play his placements yet, this account just hit lv 30 so yea unranked. can we duoq our placements? and is it a bad idea to duo the placements with him? (because of mmr)

It really doesn't matter about his mmr since anyone below plat are basically at the same level just little key differences. Duo with your buddy and try having fun and not focusing on the rank.

I would suggest playing Normal Draft until you have a few completed rune pages and several "mastered" champions. You want to get as much of the learning process done in Normals as you possibly can because you don't want to tank your Ranked MMR.
