Stop with the bad teams please...

game after game after game i suffer from being unable to carry due to such horrible team mates.. if my kd is 10-5 average and the team mates that i play with are at 0-8 why the hell arent they lower or why am i not higher? im tired of bitching and complaining and all but what the hell can i do to stop people from being idiots? i got demoted here from gold now im silver 4... thats stupid as shit! my team plays like bronzies and if i cant get teams that know how to play the game well im going to fucking quit this stupid crap. Every game i have someone who afks, sits in the back and farms while we teamfight, feed 10 kills, get caught out, have 50 farm at 30 mins... enough is enough! cmon man i busted my ass to get to gold and now im back i this stupid elo hell. I cant carry people that make such poor decisions, why the hell am i getting matched with people whos mmr is clearly lower than mine? i can start off lane 5-0 but then somebody feeds like crazy .. i end barely breaking even. Can ANYONE give me tips on how to deal with mad feeders without afking? why is there still no system that prevents me from losing LP when someone goes 0-16 or when someone afks at lvl 1? this is bullshit and riot can do better.
