so im asking if you can skype people and play on the sam pc but im concerned how to set it up and how to access the skype thingy while playing league ( that little skype thing that says who youre talking to)
Also does it increase ping ? my pc is really high speed and i have great internet
You open Skype, call the person you want to talk to, and play LoL?
I'm not sure what issues you're having, because I've never had a problem. (If you can't get Skype to work, you can try Cursevoice or Discord)
As for ping, you also shouldn't have a problem with Skype.
Alt+tab to get to the skype app while in game, which you shouldn't need to do.
And if you are having computer performance issues doing both of those, get a better PC If you are having ping issues doing both of those, get better internet
If you have good internet and a good PC, there shouldn't be an issue at all
