How is Mordekaiser going to control both the ghost from his ult, and dragon at the same time?

The update post didnt mention anything about changing his ultimate, so i'm a bit curious about how both of these are going to work together.

I'm also wondering if can control other jungle minions or is it limited to dragon?

It is limited to drag, and it looked like the dragon sort of controlled itself, like a Yorick summon

He can only control dragon. If he is about to get another ghost he will keep fragon, if he has ghost he will get dragon. sorta, the details are to be conformed.

I am guessing he will control both units with the same command.
