I feel like the biggest problem that Evelynn has is the fact that people think her stealth is too strong to balance around, but I think that its not so much her stealth in general, but the fact that her stealth gives her the ability sneak into a lane and turn it into a 2v1/3v2 more effectively than every other jungler. In order to balance this out she is given decreased power everywhere else to compensate for how easily she can get into a good position to gank.

The problem is the fact that her stealth doesn't scale well into late game where ganking isn't effective and both teams are moving around more, making it more difficult to keep enemy champions out of vision range, especially in the jungle where the paths are more narrow. And since Evelynn is balanced around being able to change the odds of a lane without the enemy noticing it, teamfights basically end up becoming 4.5vs5. On top of all that Evelynn cant splitpush effectively because she cant duel well enough to deal with champions that try to prevent her from pushing unless she's fed.

What about moving her shadow walk passive onto her W, and give her a new passive that either increases her power by giving her increased stats/additional effects on her abilities if there are no nearby ally champions. This would make Evelynn more effective in situations where she isn't ganking while keeping her from being too powerful when she is, It would help fix her jungling problems, and it would make it easier for her to assassinate lone targets late game. It could also scale into late game by increasing the number of allied champions that can be near her without canceling her passive as she levels.

For some ideas of what extra effects she could get with her passive: Hate Spike: Reduced cooldown, reduced mana cost. Dark Frenzy: Removes all movement hampering effects, increased MS boost. Ravage: Slight slow/ Stun, Heals Evelynn. Agony's Embrace: Inflicts damage equal to max HP instead of current HP, Increases the damage Evelynn does to targets hit.

Its just an idea so it might not be as balanced, or as good of an idea as I think it is, but any feedback would be appreciated regardless.

For E make heal on MONSTERS, but not champions. Evelynn stunning was what made her such a monster on release, probably make her E like Trundle Q, where it's a very slight slow and AD or AP sap?
