Make Azir's E proc on Monsters

Hey there, Master Fledgling here.

So we gave Azir devourer procs on his soldiers which makes me think that we are supposed to try jungling him? Maybe?

Only, he gets DESTROYED in the jungle at the moment -- the way machete works is that you need to auto attack to get the health regen and DOT on camp monsters, so we has no benefits. At the least having a shield would help him in that initial clearing and surviving. Being JUST a midlaner is kind of boring.

Anyways, that's just my two shurmian cents.
