Cho'gath isn't disgusting enough to be hotfixed. That's why i perma him.
i really dont know what riot thought about the singed and cho buffs. true dmg and scaling health-dmg as well as high mobility are always hard to balance and most time too op.
cho is just cancer right now.
Looking at his winrate and play rate, he honestly doesn't seem that op. Hes still the same old cho'gath, immobile, slow and easily kiteable.
