1000s of hooks, snares, shields, heals, and wards later I have finally escaped Bronze and made it into Silver 5. Finally. Shout out to Naut and Taric. Feelsgood. Now I can go screw around in norms and learn new champs.

Fondling Gems2 votesDamn so true. Also what is it with Taric players also being Naut players? I know of at least a couple of us including me. Heck I have almost as many points on Naut as Taric, only like a 10k difference or something and yet the champs are so different in so many ways.

Fondling Gems7 votesThat is hardly a good comparison. That is like saying Darius and Karma are similar because they both aa on occasion and can heal on hitting enemies with abilities.
Nautilus has mobility, multiple CC spells, and lots of AOE damage. Taric has heals, no mobility, one stun, and a damage negation ult for his team.
The only similarities are they are both tanky like any number of bot lane supports, they both aa as part of their passives although Naut wants to hit lots of different people, and they both have shields.
I mean I can see it for people who played old Taric, he was a lot more similar to Nautilus with excessive AOE damage, point and click CC, and way more damage than anyone expects. New Taric just feels very different from Naut and I am surprised by how many Taric players I know who have Naut as their second most played champion.

Sadly, I think that bronze isn't even as bad as silver. Low silver is what hell actually looks like.

That doesn't even make sense. Some people aren't that good at the game, so they play in Bronze and Silver. The fact that there are bad players will never change (though the bad players might become better, others may become worse, or new players will fill in the hole). Why does that even make you thankful you're not playing?
