I'm getting so frustrated on how bad I am.

Like I've been working to Improve, and I feel I was then I just hit a slump where every game I get so frustrated at Myself where I just want to ff and log off. Ive been working on macro, map awareness, Mechanics, cs'ing and more and I hit Mr7 Sylas which I was happy about. Then i just hit these slumps where I call myself trash and want to quit. Think I'm more ranting at this point. Thoughts?

I don't know the specifics of your gameplay or your learning style, but from the way this is worded I feel like you're not setting attainable goals for improvement. Instead of saying "I want to improve map awareness" (which is a general goal, with no metric to say 'yea, I've improved'), have you tried something like "I want to die to less than 1 gank per laning phase" or "I want to have 80% fight participation in mid game" or some other metric? Goals like that streamline improvement, make it easier to make step by step microgoals which facilitate learning, and can help identify what's causing the problem in the first place.

You're rank is higher than mine.. but from looking at your match history.. stop playing normals.. You play 3x as much in normals as in ranked.

Normals are trash. people don't play normally. the ranks are all over the map. I only play normals when learning new champs. Otherwise, just play ranked. Win or lose. Don't worry about LP or your ranking. Worry about getting better. So good that you personally decimate enemy teams.

I never play when I get tilted. I just log off and watch Netflix or twitch or something. Then I find something that motivates me to play, weather that is playing a new champ or I was watching highlights from someone. Most important thing is to know ur powerspikes and try not to tilt. if u do tilt just log off after game until u are in better mindset

You have a 33% winrate on Sylas. You should probably stop playing him, at least in Ranked. Play your higher winrate champions instead, like Kayn or Taliyah, and you will climb.

Play more ranked. Don't play Sylas. Mastery system means literally nothing in terms of skill.
