These new sylas nerfs will destroy him

Ok so I saw the new changes onto the pbe for sylas. Honestly I believe sylas is a hard champ but through learning him he can be played really well. Sylas really hasnt recieved any buffs and I believe he doesn't deserve any, but right now sylas has a 47ish winrate as a champion, which is quite low from the other champions in the game. The only positive change that went to sylas was when they slightly revered the w nerf a while ago. What are your guy's thoughts? Sorry for grammer!

Sylas mid has 48% winrate. He absolutely does not need this nerf.

What, the fact the E has to land on a enemy to grant shield? I feel like if it lands on a target would be better, but if they dont want to, then at least lower the cd. the Passive on the other hand I like (its a overall buff to single target, which is the point). Now if only they'd buff the base of the heal since the ratio and % increase suck dick.

So the AOE range nerf would be ok but the damage nerf is harsh.

Are we just conveniently forgetting that his R has a bloody 15 second cd at max rank?

Don't get met started on this abberation. His ult alone is just bonkers:

-- 75 mana cost (at all ranks). -- No mana cost to use a copied spell after casting Hijack. -- It's a target-able ability, meaning you cannot dodge it. He just takes it.

He basically always has his pickings unless you deliberately decide to mess with him in champ select. Riot stated they are (attempting) to steer clear from that mindset.
