Anyone feel the same about top lane recently?

For the last few seasons, top lane has been pretty try hard, people would only play lane bullies and people super strong early game. I feel like this year, people have taken it to the next step, playing cheese top laners (cassi, lissandra, akali etc) to literally do ANYTHING they can to win the early game. Early is waaaaaaaay too decisive this season, people are focusing solely on winning early game and it makes top lane (and mid lane mind you) EXTREMELY boring and cancer to play against.

Top lane has pretty much always been centered around dominating the early game, and then fucking your opponent with your lead, making them useless and turning the game into a 4v5.

To that end, there have always been cheesy picks in top lane, that's what made it so fun, the diversity of the champions you could pick there and still win with.

It's why historically, you had mages that couldn't compete mid come top, such as Lissandra, Heimer, Swain, Vlad, etc

Honestly, enemies who are constantly trying for the kill in lane make it exciting. Otherwise, it's ten minutes of nothing but farming all the while everyone else makes the plays that determine the outcome of the game, making top feel completely irrelevant.

They needa delete cancer champs from Top. Or just nerf their kits. I'm tired of Renekton and Tryndamere as staple picks to cheeze the game.
