Your opinion on whose fault this was?
I was the Graves. Following Lissandra's death, i was called boosted, garbage and useless.
Tell me, boards, who would you pin the blame on?
I'd really like to know.

Hers she misplayed and overstayed.
That was on Lissandra. She should have cast Glacial Path towards the near side allied Tower and gotten out of there. Especially since she should've seen Lee Sin hanging around. And all Gragas needed was one good barrel roll. Which is of course what he ultimately did.
It's not hard to anticipate a Tower dive in this situation... one should expect it and plan accordingly.
That's completely on her. She was dead when the wave hit her tower anyways, she should have E'd out towards Wolves, especially when she saw Lee there. Overstayed and should've seen dive coming.
