They don't have too. It's much appreciated and I find often they do. With the exception of games where my ban-choice suddenly becomes a pick-choice. 50% ending up in the enemies hands. 25% In ours and doing well. 25% in ours and doing poorly. And I don't like those odds.

Or, crazy thought here, let them play the champion they want to play. If the other team doesn't get it, who the heck cares if it's banned or not.

Because the other team might very well get it (depending on which champion). And they didn't wanna play it till I brought it up.
