Can Surr@20 get a timer reset?

Currently the timer is shared with the Surr@15 option. Which means if a surrender recently failed as 4v1 you have to wait well beyond 20minutes because 1 person disagreed. While it is their right to vote no, one has to admit it being strange that an earlier surrender option is actually dragging clear Surr@20 games on for longer than needed.

If you didn't know. If you surrender before 20, so like at 19:45 and the team votes 4 yes and 1 no after the timer hits 20:01. The vote will be counted as a 20-minute vote.

I did not know. Thanks for sharing. That might save a couple of minutes here and there when things line up till the problem is fixed.

I don't really know what the point of the surrender option is anyway, there's always 2 people that want to slog through the fallout of a lost match no matter how bad it is. Only time you can get them to maybe agree to a surrender is in the five seconds before your nexus gets destroyed.
