A Nice Addition to Champ Select

So personally, once I'm in champ select I alt tab to deal with music and such. In the old system, if you were banning, it would bring itself to the front and go "Yo numbnuts, it's your turn to ban." and the new system doesn't actually do that. All it gives you is a dull thumping sound as the counter counts down, and I spent a good minute trying to figure out what in the world that thumping sound was, only to realize it was the banning timer, which resulted in me dodging.

I don't deny the lock in it a little stupid, and that missing a ban causing you to dodge can be a bit silly, but for god's sake Riot, It'd be nice if I could turn on some music without the fear of dodging.
