Are there any Vlad and Veigar nerfs coming?

Good day to you guys. Simple question: Are there any and nerfs coming?

We all know Vlad is overpowered everyone hates him and even + just helpes early game it seems.

And Veigar.... was a oneshot king before oneshotting was even meta. His long range infinit scaling range darius ult is in need of a nerf since nearly forever. (doens't kill you with full combo? ULT. you have QSS but his team has more CC? just ULT.

=>i saw veigars who missed EVERYTHING and just threw their R on a squishy Assassin/ADC and they die. Not even e.g. a Darius can kill a squishy just buy pressing R.

Ok Vlad I can understand, but Veigar? He has literally no escape, the best he can do is cage an attacking bruiser or assassin and once his E is down or if he gets caught out, he's donezo. Yeah he has infinite scaling, but he has to actually have time to farm and scale, and oftentimes games don't make it late enough for his ult to be Darius ult levels of damage. Also, the R range isn't that great, its targeted so by necessity it must be a fairly short range.

in my games they does, cause i am silver and ppl cannot end and don't surr. so games last about 25 - 35 minutes (sometimes even longer) imo its a problem if a point-and-click spell deletes you even you buyed many magic res items (and if you're a tank it feels even more awkward when you have about 800 - 1000 k health and only cause its under the threshold you die. on a fcking range ability.

His ult does 325 (+ 75% AP) damage, if you have 0 Mr. The lowest healt hchampion (level 18) is Gnar with 1615 health. If Veigar gets 1k ap he does 325 + 750 =1075 Damage. Even with MINUS 100 MR he would only do 1612 Damage. (At level l8 Annie has the lowest mr with 38.5 MR)

Can you explain how he is capable of oneshotting anyone with his R alone?

Lmao a veigar oneshotting you with R.. this is not season 4. It's an execution, in the very late game he can Q+R you but that is if you literally have no MR. Otherwise in every stage of the game he cant just R you to kill you unless youre under 50% health.

and even that is a problem, cause if i literally buyed many magic res items and go very tanky (not full tank ofc) he can execute me at 33%? 25%? thats busted - and then its range too (smaller range idc cause its point and click)

and midgame it feels like he just needs to hit Q+W+R and you re pretty much dead, cause in midgame you have no item 3140 (unless you got very lucky and are rich)

How is it busted? What does he offer his team? A delayed stun that can stop dashes? Every burst mage bursts. Veigar isnt op and you can nerf his dmg but he will still burst you out because that is his job.

Burst mages can burst but not this way. Heck imo you can even counter a Syndra better. And his cage is very usefull in low elo's cause nearly no one buyes QSS. AND you cannot even summoner 4 out of it what makes it imo VERY usefull to nerf his dmg over the board or tweak his ult.

Either his or he should get a new ability instead of his cage. Nonetheless he needs attention since many seasons and hopefully will get it this or the next.

The cage only stops dashes or travel-like abilities...

Any blink and flash can get out of it.

Cleanse, banshee's, and QSS are able to negate the stun.

If you let Veigar reach the point of having the AP to burst you down with just Q+R that badly, then you honestly deserved to lose in the first place because its not an execute execute. It only brings the scaling for R to 150% if you're at 33% health. Its still flat damage not a % damage spell.

Vladimir does need a nerf, however Veigar's ult only scales with part of his AP, the damage primarily comes from the rest of his kit, the ult is an execute that gets stronger the lower the targets HP is

EDIT: Also the old Veigar ult used the targets AP, so if he were against Zed, his ult did next to nothing, the last time they updated him, it became an execution ability

Veigar only gets full damage when you're at 33% health though...

If you're at 100% health, he only has 75% scaling on his R.
